Barefoot high-top boots - khaki

Had these boots custom made for my wide feet. They are very comfortable, especially with the extra padding. Even with the padding, they definitely have thinner soles than the vast majority of shoes, and give you a barefoot feel.

I almost ended up with the green color, before I asked for a brown leather. It would be great if there was a list of leathers that could be used in the custom shoe making process. I got mine in a brown suede-like leather.

These are really wonderful. The attention to detail is top notch. The leather is super soft and buttery and the lining is just as soft. I’ve been wearing them in the Texas “fall” which is in the 80f’s and they’re great. I think they’ve struck a great balance between ground feel and comfort. They’re aging well. I do recommend you request eyelets to be added to the lace holes as this is very soft leather.
