I received my boots just over a month ago, and I have worn them every day since. I have a Morton's Neuroma in one foot and have found wearing regular shoes to be extremely painful, whereas barefoot I am fine. However barefoot is not an option in Irish winters. My only knowledge of barefoot footwear was the five finger running shoes which I would not wear, so I was delighted to find this site with beautiful looking minimal footwear. I was a little hesitant to order as it's more money than I would usually spend on a single pair of shoes, but I'm so glad that I did! It barely feels like you're wearing shoes at all. I live in the countryside and go for a lot of walks on rough ground and they have been perfect for that. I get mud on them fairly regularly but they're easy to clean and the leather seems to be holding up well, and they're lovely and cosy with the wool lining, baring in mind that Irish winters are quite mild. The other interesting thing is that I have been getting so many compliments on them, they're quite unusual looking but in a really good way. I'm already saving up for another pair!
